By accessing the DoubleTake Utilities website or using products including WASPrFlow, DoubleTake Image and Video, and NetAudit Pro, you agree to these Terms.

2. License and Permitted Use
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software according to product licensing rules. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute unauthorized copies, or misuse activation systems.

3. Accounts, Keys, and Security
You are responsible for safeguarding license files, activation keys, and API credentials used with the products. We may suspend access for abuse or fraud.

4. Payments and Billing
Paid purchases are due at checkout. Pricing and product packaging may change. Applicable taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
